Dahlia Palooza!

Please join us for a one-of-a-kind day at Flower Hill Farm Sunday October 13 from 9:30-12.

We will take a tour of the farm, where you will have a chance to cut your own flowers, and practice making a unique design using the most elegant of the fall flowers...Dahlias!

We will talk everything Dahlias, from culture and growing, to cutting and design.

Please join two of our favorite, most talented flower friends Suzanne Langois and Maisah Kahn for an Autumn morning of flowers, creativity, and fun at Flower Hill Farm in Beaufort MO, just an hours drive west of STL.

Includes a beautiful vessel and everything you need to create a gorgeous arrangement.

Enjoy a variety of snacks featuring ingredients from the Flower Hill vegetable garden!

Suzanne Langlois Suzanne is the co-founder of Kaldi's Coffee, which she owned and operated for 15 years. She currently teaches entrepreneurship and sustainability at Washington University. An avid floral designer and gardener, Suzanne creates sustainable arrangements and installations with the goal of high visual impact, low environmental impact. Her designs feature local flowers as well as foraged and gleaned botanical elements. She enjoys traveling, writing and family life with two teenagers and an incorrigible rescue dog. Maisah Khan Maisah is currently the Water Policy Director at the Missouri Coalition for the Environment, but she loves to spend as much of her free time as possible learning about Missouri native plants, working in her garden, and playing with flowers grown by her favorite flower farmer friends. As a Master Gardener and lover of Mother Earth, Maisah loves to work with local and seasonal blooms and draws inspiration from all things wild and wonderful -- from wildflowers along the highways to "weeds" from the backyard.
